Terms & Conditions

Client

The client is under no obligation to offer work, and neither are we obligated to accept work offered by the client. Our services are provided by a mutual agreement which is confirmed in writing.

Data Protection

We only collect data from our clients to fulfil our tax obligations: this could include our clients name, business name, postal and email address. The data will be securely stored and will need to be kept for at least five years. This is covered by the lawful basis of the GDPR.

Your project agreement file along with any relevant emails will also be kept for this length of time as well. If after five years you want your data removed: you will need to send us an email request.

Corporate and individual clients will be asked to pay for their project in either of the following ways:

  • By an initial deposit payment, then a final payment once work has been completed
  • In instalments for more lengthy projects

Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of confirmation, according to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (amended 2002 and 2013).

We accept payment by bank transfer in British Pounds.
